Do we collect any personal information?
THE QUICK MISSION only collects the email address and personal information disclosed through our website through the communications that we receive in our eNewsletter or the communication form in our VOLUNTEER PAGE and CONTACT US page. Data is used to communicate between both parties and distribute THE QUICK MISSION eNewsletter.

Charity Terms & Conditions
- THE QUICK MISSION operates the www.thequickmission.com website, a service that allows people to donate to specific causes and charities. The site includes a webpage for each such cause or charity (Donee) that enables visitors to donate to a chosen charity, THE QUICK MISSION will issue receipts for such contributions as agents for the Donee.
- The Donee wishes to use THE QUICK MISSION service and at this moment appoints THE QUICK MISSION as their agent to collect donations and provide receipts in the name of the Donee and under the Donee’s endorsement as a deductible gift recipient, and for this purpose, THE QUICK MISSION will comply with the conditions applicable to this endorsement.
- The Donee has agreed to agree with THE QUICK MISSION on the terms of these Terms and Conditions (Agreement).
- Subject to compliance by the Donee with the terms of the Agreement, THE QUICK MISSION will provide THE QUICK MISSION service to the Donee on the Agreement’s terms.
Donation Page
- The Donee has provided THE QUICK MISSION with content, including its trademark(s) and logo(s), for use with THE QUICK MISSION service (Donee Content). The Donee must promptly notify THE QUICK MISSION of changes to the Donee Content.
- The Donee grants THE QUICK MISSION a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, transmit, cache, store, exhibit, publish, display, distribute, perform, edit, adapt, modify and otherwise use the Donee Content. Under the license under this clause 5, THE QUICK MISSION may edit, change, or modify the Donee Content with the Donee’s consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
- THE QUICK MISSION may remove or refuse to update the Donation Page if, in THE QUICK MISSION’s sole opinion, any Donee Content has breached or infringed (clause 5).
Liability
- Except for those terms that cannot by law be excluded, all terms other than those expressly contained in this Agreement are excluded.
- The Donee must comply with THE QUICK MISSION’s policies from time to time relating to our services.
- THE QUICK MISSION has no obligations or duties except those expressly set out in this Agreement and those imposed on it by any law that cannot be excluded.
- This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement of the parties about its subject matter and supersedes any previous understandings or agreements on that subject matter.
- The Donee must not assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of THE QUICK MISSION.
- THE QUICK MISSION may assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement.
- The law of Florida governs this Agreement, United States. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts and courts of appeal from them. The parties will not object to the exercise of authority by those courts on any basis.
